Two days ago I’ve ordered a book via Amazon (I know I know…) and they shipped it with DHL.
I’ve received 5 emails (2 from Amazon, 3 from DHL with delivery progress) and 2 text messages (SMS) from DHL where they even asked me to reply via text message if it is ok to deliver today.
I find that outright abusive.
